Community

Uplands Market is a fabulous community project conceived and developed to boost communty spirit, business and vitality in Uplands and in Swansea as a whole. We support many local initiatives, including the annual Do Not Go Gentle Festival which takes place in the Autumn. The Festival will be running the words and music stage at our market each month. It is our contribution to the celebration of the anniversary of Dylan Thomas' birth.

We have also linked up with the new, rejuvinated and active Cwmdonkin Park and its Friends Group and are in close contact with local businesses with a view to bringing new funding support to Uplands Centre.
